At Eclat Hawthorn East parking is never a concern. Our secure basement car park offers 46 spots to Bureau tenants. In direct proximity is an array of cost effective parking spaces, ensuring convenience and accessibility. For cyclists, we provide hassle-free on-site bike storage, making commuting a breeze.

Our bespoke app streamlines office management, state-of-the-art Salto digital access control systems, unrivalled Cisco Meraki infrastructure, Epson printer/scanners to state only a few. What is a serviced office versus an Eclat Bureau workspace?

Reflecting upon the pandemic era, the entire world was forced to pause, take stock and reconfigure. So many of us found ourselves departing the traditional office environment of days past, forced by global circumstance to adjust in mass to a new era of flexible working. Where the atypical office was in many ways no longer viable, our homes, local hospitality venues and neighbouring amenities become the new flexible workplace. A consequence of which, was that the desire for the warmth of hospitality and the resolved, passionate design of these venues had become a new fundamental expectation as we returned to a now hybridised world.

These factors validated the long-established ambitions of Eclat. A brand and design led shared workspace fundamentally hospitality focussed and integrated within its host structure. Its brand family, business components, design and operational ethos positioned to improve end user experience. The sum of its parts, a proposition to elevate experiences, establish a unique market segment, and champion a far deeper connection between patrons and physical space. Differentiating from the common coworking space offerings by extending design and service throughout every area, every office, and every touchpoint; not just in the foyer. With hospitality being the common thread that would tie it together. Rethinking the 21st century office and redefining what it can be now and in the future.

Often the term hospitality in the shared workspace industry is used broadly. Does a simple coffee suffice? Free apples? Is there a cafe within the same building? Is there a real person stationed at the front desk? Or is the term used more often as a competitive keyword for SEO?

In observation of the efforts that hotels, restaurants and wellness establishments invest; at Eclat hospitality is both fundamental and all encompassing, both the goal and the journey. The application of this level of care, consideration, design and resolution to a large format serviced office space is daunting to say the very least. But there in-lies the opportunity and the exciting possibilities that come with it.

Delivering the warmth, human centric and memorable experience we all know and love of a great hotel and restaurant experience; is a delicate dance of intent, capability and delivery. Physical space, sensory perception, technology and human elements all working in harmony towards a common goal; ultimately to make the patron feel at home.

Differentiation in the market hasn’t been achieved with elevated interior design, bespoke furniture and integrated hospitality alone. Technology in the modern era is an integral component of our day to day lives. The digital roadmap for Eclat is exciting to say the least. This attention to detail and the need for bespoke touch points extends far beyond the app to the broader web platform and backend CMS platform, both currently in development. Our objective is to offer members a completely unique experience and enable industry leading innovations and profound interactive experiences between users and future Eclat amenities. Technology working in harmony with interior design to achieve a unified outcome to fulfil the needs of the new age workforce.

Our application of technology is vast. Bureau offices feature Samsung Frame art displays to elevate the aesthetic of the room while delivering functional benefit to users. Active discreet noise cancelling is deployed throughout our hallways, with Sonance distributed audio throughout common areas. Meeting room technology is unparalleled, yet discreet with cables and unattractive elements hidden by the design of our Forme conference tables. The entirety of our I.T infrastructure built upon state-of-the-art Cisco Meraki networks offering unrivalled security, and our Eclat app offering digital keys via Salto Access Control systems. 

Technology within the Galerie event venue and the Parlor work club is both advanced and unobtrusive, designed to complement rather than overwhelm. Our massive 170″ Samsung Wall display offers superior contrast and clarity without sacrificing the natural light that floods in through expansive windows. Visuals enhanced by a comprehensive array of high-powered Electro-Voice Z series speakers and a Sonance distributed audio system integrated into the ceiling, ensuring impeccable sound quality throughout the venue.

Our AV is managed by a state-of-the-art Berringer Audio system and a dedicated server, overseeing all aspects of audio, video, communications, and broadcasting. This setup accommodates the sophisticated needs of our clients, from managing Shure microphones to other input devices, providing capabilities typical of much larger venues.
